Who we are
Mexon Petroleum & Energy Company Limited is a Nigerian indigenous company built around a simple mission: to deliver asset integrity, engineering, and maintenance solutions that meet international standards without compromising on safety, quality, or reliability.
Our team is made up of key professionals with deep experience across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, Power Generation, and Cement sectors of the Nigerian economy. We don’t just show up with equipment — we bring engineering judgment, HSE discipline, and a genuine understanding of what keeps industrial assets running safely for the long term.
Company history
Mexon Petroleum & Energy Company Limited was incorporated in late 2016 under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with registration number RC 1368272.
Since incorporation, we have grown from a specialist surface-preparation and asset-maintenance provider into a full-service engineering and integrity management company, trusted by clients across some of Nigeria’s most technically demanding sectors — oil and gas, petrochemicals, power transmission, and cement manufacturing.
We are accredited by both national and international statutory regulatory bodies, which enables us to carry out professional, quality-assured services for every client we serve, regardless of scale or complexity.
